This is a good way to write down what would you do during a crisis. Or a meltdown. Who to call? What to do? How to keep safe? These are all questions answered by the Personal Crisis Plan.
The plan lists those things that I can do to distract myself and get some self-care. I listed writing, music and porn. And meditation.
One of the things that helps focus during meditation is weed. I vape some weed to calm my mind and make it more open to the suggestions in my meditation.
I also list the people that I can contact during a crisis so that I am not alone.
